1. General Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request to cancel services at any time before the scheduled service date.

2. Cancellation Fees

• Standard Services: If a cancellation is made  before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee will apply.

3. Visa and Passport 

• Clients are liable for having a valid visa and passport (at least 6 months after departure date).

4. Changes to Booked Services

• Clients may request changes to the details of their booked services (date, time, etc.) at no additional cost (if applicable, otherwise a cost will be charged), provided that such changes are made within the cancellation time frames outlined above.

5. No-Show Policy

• Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.

6. Emergencies and Exceptions
